"La colombina" revista cultural junto a "La Violetera" círculo de arte, organizan este certamen de dibujo para niños en edad escolar.
Art.1.- Podrán participar todos los niños en edad escolar que cursen el EGB en 1er. y 2do. ciclo de establecimientos públicos y privados de la ciudad de Mercedes B.
Art.2.- El concurso tendrá como tema la escuela y temas relacionados con el establecimiento, su historia y la vida cotidiana que allí se desarrolla, adjuntando algún dato relevante sobre la institución educativa a la que el alumno concurre (breve historia, fundadores, anécdotas, etc.)
Art.3.- Serán recibidos soportes (cartón, tela, papel,chapadur, madera, etc.) cuyas dimensiones no excedan los 0.50 mts x 0.70 mts.
Art.4.- La técnica libre ( lápiz, carbonilla, pastel, témpera, acuarela, fibra, crayón, óleo, técnicas mixtas, colage, etc.)
Art.5.- La inscripción será gratuita.
Art.6.- Las obras terminadas deberán ser trabajos individuales y no deberán ser firmadas. Se deberá adjuntar los siguientes datos - no excluyente - en hoja aparte:
Nombre y apellido del alumno.
Edad
Año al que concurre
Nombre y apellido del docente
Teléfono
Establecmiento al que concurre.
Art.7.- Se recibirán las obras terminadas entre el 15 de mayo y el 15 de junio de lunes a viernes de 10.00 hs a 12.30 hs y de 18.00 hs a 20.00 hs en agencia Fiorelli: calle 27 entre 32 y 34. O bien llamando a los tel: 02324 424126 o 15500156 y una persona retirará los trabajos.
Art.8.- "La Colombina" procurará la participación de un jurado especializado, integrado por tres mienbros o artistas plàsticos de reconocida actuación profesional a nivel local.
Art.9.- El jurado elegirá primer y segundo premio y podrá otorgar "Menciones especiales" a las obras que considere que reùnen mérito suficiente.
De los premios:
Primer Premio: Para el alumno: una mochila, un walkman, libros y una beca para cursar un taller en el grupo de arte "La violetera" durante el corriente año.
Para la docente: un discman y material bibliográfico.
Para la escuela: 100 libros y material didáctico para la biblioteca.
Segundo premio: Para el alumno: una mochila y libros.
Art.10.- Los premios serán entregados en tiempo y lugar a convenir. Se entregarán certificados de participación a todos los consursantes.
Art.11.- Los trabajos podrán ser retirados al finalizar el concurso.
Art.12.- Los dos trabajos ganadores serán publicados en la revista cultural "La Colombina".
Art.13.- La nómina de premios y menciones será informada al público en la primera quincena del mes de julio de 2007 en los medios locales.
Art.14.- Todo caso no previsto en este reglamento será resuelto por los organizadores del concurso, con carácter de inapelable.
